Journal of Space Law

The Journal of Space Law is the world’s oldest journal devoted to space law. The University of Mississippi has published the Journal of Space Law since 1973. The Journal was published under the leadership of the late Dr. Stephen Gorove from 1973 to 2000. The Center has worked with students at the University of Mississippi School of Law to published it since 2003.

 

 

As a service to researchers, the Journal of Space Law provides a cumulative index that can be used to find articles on specific subjects and by particular authors in back issues of the Journal.
