Journal of Space Law: Submissions

The Journal of Space Law is welcoming submissions for Volume 44, Issue 2, to be published in June 2020.

Manuscripts for this issue will be accepted until January 15, 2020.

The Journal of Space Law is a journal devoted to the legal problems arising out of human activities in outer space.  Papers addressing all aspects of international and national space law are welcome.  Additionally, papers that address the interface between aviation and space law are also welcome. 


Authors are invited to submit manuscripts, and accompanying abstracts, for review and possible publication in the Journal of Space Law.  Papers should be properly referenced and cited using The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (Columbia Law Review Ass’n, et al. eds.,20th ed. 2015).
