Air Law

The air transport industry has not just brought the world closer together, it has also provided a model of success in international cooperation. Air law spans multiple disciplines and involves everything from product liability to financing to environmental regulation and safety standards and protocols. The Center is committed to working with industry stakeholders, including airlines and international and national regulatory and legislative bodies to assure that the evolution of air law continues with a twofold goal of promoting the industry while assuring the highest of standards in safety, security and environmental protection.
